Executive Chef Greg McGowan showcases a menu of innovative flavors with dishes like Roasted Bone Marrow with a Mirliton and Caper Salad and House Fried Potato Chips tossed in Duck Fat and served with Truffle Crème Fraiche. Available by reservation only, guests check in with the front desk to receive a room key and daily password that unlocks access.
